Over 8 years experience in yoga
Welcome to Jackiesyoga
I have been practising yoga for many years now and have been teaching yoga for 8 years. I have lived in Enfield, North London for 17 years and have three sons.
My classes are Hatha Yoga but I draw in influences from other styles of yoga and specialise in pregnancy/antenatal yoga, mother and baby yoga, one to one yoga and yoga for individual special needs. For example: Cancer, MS and back pain.

Hatha Yoga
The word "yoga" is an ancient Sanskrit term meaning union.
Yoga has existed for thousands of years and is best described as a spiritual rather than a religious practice.
This means anyone can practise yoga. Yoga brings not only an awareness to your body but it also focuses your attention on your mind, letting you learn how to relax and discover the possibilities of your true potential.
Yoga empowers us to live a deeper, richer, more satisfying life, simply by awakening what is already within us.
